To celebrate its landmark centenary year in 2019, Bentley will introduce a highly evocative special edition and the ultimate collector’s Continental GT model at the Geneva Motor Show. The Bentley Continent GT Number 9 Edition incorporates a number of distinctive features into the world’s most luxurious Grand Tourer. No.9 was the supercharged Bentley ‘Blower’ Sir Tim raced at the 1930 Le Mans 24 Hours. With the installation of the supercharger, the horsepower increased from 110 bhp to 175 bhp.
The Number 9 Edition by Mulliner is distinguished by No.9 badgework and a matching front grille graphic. An imposing Viridian green or Beluga black can be chosen for the exterior paint, with 21″ 10-spoke wheels in these colors, plus Black Line specification and carbon bodykit. Customers will have the choice of a Cumbrian Green or Beluga heritage hides for the interior. Inside the Number 9 Edition is increased gloss levels to the seats, inner door panel and other areas.
