Went here is search of a specific used vehicle online and what a pleasant experience. I have been in a number of welcoming dealers before with free drinks, snacks and tv lounges so that was nothing new but what was new was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Often dealers of high end vehicles can be a pretentious bunch and that was not the case at all.

Very disappointed because I left my product glasses inside of the vehicle and within 48 hours I spoke to them and they told me it was gone. I paid $300 for these glasses and I was not happy about that. The salesman was very courteous, and I appreciate all his extra effort but again, I said in the dealership for about three hours, waiting for them to complete the process. I was not happy.

I’ve purchased over twenty cars throughout my life and this was by far the greatest car buying experience. Koni - Sales Associate, Willy - Sales Manager, Sylvia - Finance Manager, and Tony - General Manager all were great. As the large auto groups have continued to gobble up the smaller family owned dealerships, I am so glad Mr. Rusnak has stayed true to his customer base by providing good “old fashion” customer service while remaining family owned and operated.
Bentley service center is the worst If your car needs service you have to wait a week.Not enough technicians and will not give you a loaner.You have to rent your iwn car.
