They were able to take me as a drop-in cross-country traveler and get my issue fixed within a day. Great facility, and Ruben is a great advisor. He and one of his co-workers did have a tussle over the phone about using cuss words in front of a customer, which itself should have been handled away from said customer. They hand washed it and it looked great at pickup. And I got a Maserati loaner car.

My car was picked up on a flat bed by the dealer and it was taken to the delearship. The series vice was performed in one day and the car was returned on the next day in an excellent shape. Keep up the good work.
